This cancellation and refunds policy (“Policy”) outlines the process and terms regarding cancellation and refund of the products of Tyke Consumer Products Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “Company”) purchased by customers (“you” or “Users”) through Starki.co.in and/ or Starki.in (“Platform”). The Company is the sole owner and publisher of the Platform.

The Company is committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our Policy is in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations governing e-commerce and consumer rights.

Please review our Policy carefully before making a purchase through the Platform. By placing an order with us through the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can be cancelled within 6 (six) hours of placement. However, in case of any customised or personalised products, cancellation option may not be available.
  • Process: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at help@starki.co.in with your order number.
  • Confirmation: Once cancellation of your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund would be initiated.

Charges:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting the actual cost incurred by us in such arrangements made just before shipment.
  • In case the request for cancellation has been raised after the product has already been shipped, the charges for shipping would be applicable for return of such products.

REFUNDS POLICY

  • Eligibility: Products purchased by you are eligible for refunds in case of orders cancelled within 6 (six) hours of placement through the Platform or in case of products being returned in compliance with the Shipping and Returns Policy,
  • Process: In case you meet the eligibility criteria, you would be required to request for cancellation through the Platform within 6 (six) hours of placement of order or follow the steps set out in the Shipping and Returns Policy. We would endeavour to process the refund within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of the product or cancellation, as applicable and such refunds will be issued to the original payment method. However, Please allow atleast 7 (seven) business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, as processing times may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. Accordingly, the refund amount would be purchase amount minus the cost of shipping and other charges, if any.
  • Refunds for damaged or defective products shall be allowed if request has been made in compliance with the Shipping and Returns Policy.
  • There will be no refund for any orders which have been ordered by selecting cash on delivery option or if not requested in compliance with the Policy or the Shipping and Returns Policy.

The option for cancellation and refund may not be available for all products. Please read the terms for cancellation and refund for specific products (such as personalised products or items marked as sale items) before purchasing.

For products purchased through other third party owned platforms/ websites (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc), the cancellation and refund policy of such third parties would apply.

Further, while we would attempt to address your request at the earliest, we are not bound to accept any requests for cancellation and refunds and acceptance of such requests, if any, would be at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company is not bound to respond to any request either.
